L'esprit d'escalier

People ask me all the time where do you live… And I don’t know how to answer that. I’ll say “Well sometimes New Westminster, with my family. But sometimes North Vancouver usually Friday- Tuesday with Nasim.” My mum always jokes by saying that she’s renting out my room because I’m never there. But for the first time in a while I feel like I’m in the right place. I’m doing my own thing, moving up with my career and I have the most amazing friends, which has been a great change from how high school was. They are my squad, I can call them at 2 am to come get me and I know they would. I guess what I’m trying to say and tell everyone is that it gets better after Highschool. You will find self confidence. You will love yourself and that’s all that will matter at the end of the day.
